Betsy’s Crab Dip
Party season has arrived with bells on and there is nothing like a good stand by appetizer recipe to take to a party or serve at home. This recipe from my cousin Betsy – a sensational cook – is a favorite and is always a hit! Quick, easy, and delish – what more could you ask for at this busy time of year?!
BETSY’S CRAB DIP
8 oz. Crab meat
2 8 oz. Packages Cream cheese, softened
2 T. white onion, chopped finely
1 T. Horseradish, prepared
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
4-5 drops Tobasco
¼ c. chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 375o.
Mix topping ingredients together and set aside. Mix cream cheese with a mixer until creamy. Blend in rest of the ingredients, except topping.
Place in a casserole/serving dish and sprinkle on topping. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with assorted crackers and baguette slices.
