I was my brother’s caregiver for seven years. He had Down Syndrome, a plethora of medical issues, and was the love of my life! Through those years I learned many ways to “streamline” the process from in home care and managing his many medical needs, to working with special needs organizations, and giving him the fullest life possible. We were a great team, the three of us; my brother, God, and me. We could have never survived or succeeded without Him.
